MIT CONSULT was established in 2022 by specialists with extensive experience in the integrated development of port projects – both greenfield terminals and modernization and expansion of existing port infrastructure – our team includes professionals who have held key client-side roles at some of Russia's largest port companies.

Our team currently includes around 20 consultants and permanent experts.

We bring together our consultants’ broad experience accumulated at leading international and Russian engineering and consulting firms, maritime and transport design institutes, construction companies, transport and industrial holdings, port operators, and public sector organizations.

We are committed to continuous learning — studying Russian and international experience, completed projects and case studies, and emerging technologies in the port sector, including through active participation in the international association PIANC., the World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure.

Our consultants manage the PIANC Russia Telegram channel and contribute to the authorship of professional articles and industry-relevant books.

All of this enables us to meet our clients’ expectations and stay aligned with the current state of technology, engineering advancement, and global best practice.

We have hands-on project experience not only in Russia, but across multiple other countries.

We engage additional specific engineers and consultants for unique challenges, from our network and partner relationships –as well as through PIANC, the World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure.
